Ongoing advisory support across:

  • Market positioning and product storytelling

  • Launch planning and commercial risk

 

3. Monthly Deep-Dive Strategy Support (4 hours total)
Delivered either as: 

  • One focused half-day deep dive
    or

  • Broken into shorter working sessions across the month
    or

  • Used to extend weekly advisory sessions

 

Used for:
 

  • Reviewing and consolidating product documents

  • Mapping product pipelines and roadmaps

  • Evaluating samples, designs, or concepts

  • Auditing development plans

  • Creating structure where complexity has crept in

 

4. Ad-hoc Support for Urgent Decisions
Access to short, focused check-ins when something can’t wait.


Includes:

  • Up to one 15-minute call per week for urgent issues

  • WhatsApp or voice-note support for quick decisions

  • Space to sense-check high stakes calls under pressure


This is decision support, not execution.

 

5. Working Guidelines
T
o keep the work sharp and effective:

  • Advisory and strategy support only. No execution or implementation.

  • Document review is scoped within deep-dive hours.

  • The focus is on reducing risk, not increasing activity.


Investment:
€3,000 / month


3-month minimum commitment 

This is best suited for founders generating revenue and actively building.
