Clarity Sprint

A 6-week guided sprint to help you choose a business direction

and move forward with it.

For people with range who don’t want to shrink themselves to get clarity.

You don’t need another idea.

You need a clear starting point you can move forward with - confidently and realistically.

Not to force a forever decision.

But to help you decide what goes first, on purpose.

The real problem (and it’s not a lack of ideas)

You’re holding multiple business ideas - products, services, or concepts you know could work.

The problem isn’t a lack of options.

It’s not knowing which one is worth going first.

So instead of choosing, you keep circling.

Chances are you already have:

  • notebooks full of ideas for one day

  • experience, skills, and a solid career behind you

  • zero interest in building something shallow or trend-driven

And yet…

You keep circling the same ideas.

Starting… then stopping.

Researching… then second-guessing.

Not because you’re afraid of work.

But because choosing feels permanent and expensive.

Time, energy, and money compound quickly.

And “figuring it out as you go” without structure can quietly become the most costly path of all.

What actually changes in this sprint

This sprint isn’t about adding certainty.

It’s about relieving the mental load of not knowing where to place your energy, and eliminating options early, on purpose, instead of dragging them along indefinitely.

Because everything stays hypothetical, nothing moves forward.

No idea gets ruled out.

No direction gets real enough to test.

The Clarity Sprint changes that.

By the end of six weeks, you’re no longer carrying all your ideas at once.

You’ve:

  • reduced noise by testing instead of theorizing

  • eliminated directions that don’t hold up in the real world

  • chosen a starting point with evidence behind it

The relief isn’t just clarity.

It’s the absence of constant second-guessing.

The most expensive way to build a business is starting with the product before you’ve actually validated the direction, positioning, or demand.

This sprint exists to stop that mistake before it costs you months or real money.

What this sprint is (and isn’t)

The Clarity Sprint is:

  • a structured decision-making container

  • designed to help you make informed choices before you invest heavily with time or money

  • grounded in testing, sequencing, and real-world information

  • respectful of your experience, autonomy, and range

You don’t choose one thing forever. You choose what goes first, with intention.

The Clarity Sprint is not:

  • a done-for-you framework

  • a magic bullet or income promise

  • someone else’s formula applied to your life

Who this sprint is for

This sprint works best if:

  • You have 2–4 specific business directions you’re genuinely considering

  • You have significant professional experience you want to leverage, not discard

  • You can commit 3–5 focused hours per week for six weeks

  • You’re ready to test and decide - not just reflect or consume information

This sprint is not a fit if:

  • You’re starting from zero ideas and want inspiration

  • You want someone to tell you “the one perfect niche”

  • You’re looking for passive content or a self-paced course

  • You’re not willing to make real decisions yet

Why I built this

I’ve spent over 20 years leading design, product development, innovation, and product marketing in global fashion and apparel.

I’ve also:

  • built businesses on the side

  • Supported founders to bring ideas to life

  • watched capable people repeat the same expensive mistakes

The pattern is always the same:

Great ideas.

No clear starting point.

Money and energy spent too early - on the wrong things.

The Clarity Sprint exists to interrupt that cycle before you sketch, source, or sell anything.

What we do inside the sprint

Over six weeks, we work through a structured decision-making process designed to replace overthinking with real information. Creating enough movement, testing, and clarity so decisions feel grounded instead of heavy.

You’ll be guided to:

  • identify which ideas actually deserve your attention now

  • gather insight through experience, not just logic

  • reduce risk by testing before committing

  • choose a clear starting point without shelving the rest of who you are

  • eliminate ideas that don’t hold up once tested

You’ll walk away with

By the end of the sprint, you’ll have:

  • One clear business direction you’ve actively tested, not just chosen in theory

  • A Decision Rationale you can explain and stand behind

  • A 30-day execution plan so you know exactly where to focus your energy next

  • Real-world insight from Try-On / Try-Out™ tests

  • A repeatable decision framework you can reuse instead of spiraling

This is clarity that holds when real life starts again.

What’s inside the Clarity Sprint

The sprint follows a clear progression designed to move you from overwhelm to a grounded decision.

Orientation + Decision Criteria

We clarify what actually matters now so you stop evaluating ideas against outdated goals or imagined futures.

Try-On / Try-Out™ Road Tests

Structured, low-stakes experiments - such as real conversations, positioning tests, and market research pilots - designed to give you real information before you commit.

Strengths, Skills + Reality Check

We map what you’ve learned against your experience, capacity, and constraints so decisions are realistic, not aspirational.

30-Day Direction + Plan

You translate clarity into a focused direction using a proven planning framework you can adapt to your business.

This is a sprint, not a slow burn

This is a focused, time-bound container - not a long course or an open-ended program.

You don’t need more content.

You need movement, momentum, and a strategy you’ll actually use.

Investment

€900 · 6 weeks group cohort pricing

The most expensive way to build a business is figuring it out as you go - without structure.

Most capable founders lose far more than this by:

  • over-investing in branding, inventory, or infrastructure before validating direction

  • spending months building the “perfect” version of an idea no one has asked for

  • spending months researching and refining without ever testing in the real world

The Clarity Sprint is a pre-investment filter.

It’s designed to help you pressure-test ideas before you commit serious time, money, or reputation - so when you do move forward, you’re doing it with information, not hope.

What’s included:

  • 6 weekly live 60-minute group sessions

  • 1 private 1:1 decision integration session during the sprint

  • Clear weekly decision milestones and progress metrics

  • Each live session is interactive and applied - we work through real decisions, questions, and roadblocks together in the room.

  • All live sessions are recorded so you can stay on track if you miss a week

Because this is a live, time-bound program with limited capacity, all sales are final once the sprint begins.

“Courtney helped me clarify my thoughts into an actual, usable plan. She knows when you need perspective — and when you need a plan, not a drama.”
